Our Shampoo Certified Organic (70%) Base is fully formulated, contains mild surfactants and is pre-thickened and simply requires the addition of fragrance and or essential oils.

Our Shampoo Certified Organic (70%) Base is blended with gentle surfactants, that is certified organic to provide masses of creamy lather. It is free from Sulfates, SLS, SLES, parabens and enriched with Aloe Vera.

It has a natural clear to translucent pale yellow colour with no thickening required. A fully formulated base which only requires the addition of fragrance or essential oils, with slow stirring this can be adapted for different hair types through selection of additives.

I searched extensively for a product that is completely free of harsh chemicals, and this shampoo and conditioner meet all my criteria. The ingredient list contains no BHA, coal tar, DEA/TEA/MEA, PEGs or ethoxylated surfactants, SLS/SLES, silicones (such as dimethicone), parabens, fragrance/parfum, mineral oil or petrolatum, retinoids, phthalates, formaldehyde releasers, oxybenzone, lead or mercury, PPD, toluene, triclosan, or placental extract. As a result, these products are very gentle on the skin.

If you are accustomed to heavy foam and strong scents, you may need time to adjust. Products that are genuinely good for your skin and scalp pH should have a short, clear ingredient list and should not rely on excessive lather or fragrance. No foam, no strong scents, no fuss. That is how it should be.

Because of how mild and natural it is, this product can also be used to wash the face and body. I highly recommend it, but do your own research and try it for yourself.
