Delivery charges

For most addresses in the UK, we offer Standard Free Delivery, Standard Courier Delivery and Premium Courier Delivery.

Standard Free Delivery Usually delivered within 4-7 working days. Deliveries on this service may take place on a Saturday or Sunday during busier periods. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been dispatched.	Free Delivery in 4-7 working days
Standard Courier Delivery Usually delivered within 3-5 working days. One hour delivery slots available. Not going be home? Don’t worry. Our Standard Courier Delivery option allows you to change your deliver day or arrange to collect your order from a local shop or a neighbour.	£5.99 Delivery in 3-5 working days
Premium Courier DeliveryAllows you much greater flexibility in managing your delivery. Usually delivered within 1-3 working days. This includes features such as a one-hour delivery slot with full tracking information being provided once the item has been dispatched. The courier will also provide options to reschedule if the delivery date does not suit you. You can track your parcels all the way to your door on a live map with a final 15-minute delivery time slot. If your delivery can not take place the courier will leave a calling card, and they’ll let you know straight away by text or email so you can rearrange your delivery. Not going be home? Don’t worry. Our Premium Courier Delivery option allows you to arrange to collect your order from a local shop or a neighbour.	£9.99 Delivery in 1-3 working days

In some areas, delivery charges apply above certain order weights. These are:

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands	Free delivery up to 5kg £10 delivery for 5kg to 10kg Further £1 per additional kg
Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles	Free delivery up to 5kg £15 delivery for 5kg to 10kg Further £1 per additional kg
Isle of Wight	Free delivery up to 5kg £25 delivery for 5kg to 10kg Further £1 per additional kg

We offer tracked delivery to European countries from just £15. Our delivery charges to these countries are as follows:

Republic of Ireland	£15 delivery for up to 30kg Further £15 per additional 30kg
Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia	£15 delivery for up to 20kg Further £2 per additional kg
Sweden	£18 delivery for up to 20kg Further £2 per additional kg
Austria, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Portugal	£20 delivery for up to 20kg Further £2 per additional kg
Croatia	£25 delivery for up to 20kg Further £2 per additional kg
Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania	£30 delivery for up to 20kg Further £2 per additional kg
Bulgaria	£35 delivery for up to 20kg Further £2 per additional kg
Greece	£40 delivery for up to 20kg Further £2 per additional kg

Shipping costs for all orders will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
