Refund Policy
At Freshskin, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange it for another item, whether similar or different.
Return Period
You must notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of the item being delivered. Once you have informed us, you then have an additional 14 days to return the product to us using a courier of your choice.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned products must be in their original condition as received. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. However, if the returned items are found to be faulty, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

When returning an item, please include the following information:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your delivery address
- The reason for the return

Proof of Return
To ensure your return is processed, all returns must be traceable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining a postal receipt as proof of return. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds without this documentation.
